Ford will be reducing the price of its Ford Focus electric by $4,000 for the 2014 model year, InsideEVs.com is reporting. The 10 percent price cut will lower the starting MSRP from $39,995 (including a $795 destination charge) down to $35,995. This move by Ford is seen as an attempt to keep the electric car competitive since its release back in 2011.
Pininfarina took the wraps off its latest bespoke creation at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance this past weekend. Called the Hyperion, one of the Titans of Greek mythology, the car was created for collector Robert Hall by the coachbuilder's Special Projects Division. THE FIRST car bought by John Lennon after he passed his driving test is being offered for sale at auction next month. The Ferrari 330 GT 2+2 Coupe was bought by the Beatle in 1965 and is expected to sell for between 120,000 euros (£99,987) and 170,000 euros (£141,000).
